Ann Lake Property Owners Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection, preservation, and continued improvement of Ann Lake. Our budget is constructed over the winter and formally approved at the first spring meeting. The income for ALPOA comes entirely from its membership. Dues are $30 and donations are greatly appreciated.

One benefit of your membership is a reduced subscription to the Riparian magazine, published by Michigan Lake & Streams Association. ALPOA subsidizes the subscription rate and requests members donate $14.00 towards this fee. Membership renewals MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 31 if a subscription to the Riparian is requested.

ALPOA expenses cover projects undertaken by different committees dedicated to keeping a watchful eye on our lake’s chemistry, clarity and native plant populations. We have enhanced our effectiveness as stewards of the lake by ramping up our efforts to monitor the lake for invasive species and improve our cooperation with other communities in the Platte River watershed.
