Board of Directors

The Board for the Ann Lake Property Owners Association consists of up to 9 members, the 4 Officers and up to 5 At-large Directors. The President and Vice-President are elected each year for a 1 year term. All other positions normally serve a 3 year term; positions may be shorter to allow for staggering terms. Elections are held each year at the Annual meeting held in June; these positions begin on January 1st of the following year.

The 2024 Board:

President:   Jeff Dahlberg (1 year term)
Vice President:  Kent Taylor (1 year term)
Treasurer: Dave Maxson (2023-2025) Duties
Secretary: Val Dahlberg (2024-2026) Duties

At-large Board Members (normally elected for 3 year terms):
  • Kathy Garmes Taylor (appointed to fill remainder of Jeff Dahlberg’s term through 2024)
  • Maggie Sowers (appointed to fill remainder of Val Dahlberg’s term through 2024)
  • Aaron Jenkins (2024-2026)
  • Randy Davis (2024-2026)
  • Darryl Perry (2024-2025)
